IBK Home Care provides non-medical in-home care services to seniors and individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. Our services include, but are not limited to, home care, companion care, personal care assistance, respite care, senior care living support, private care, post-hospital recovery support, and dementia/memory care support.

3. Service Agreements

The provision of care services is governed by a separate Service Agreement entered into between IBK Home Care and the client or their authorized representative. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall control with respect to the provision of care services.

IBK Home Care reserves the right to accept or decline any service request at its sole discretion. We do not guarantee the availability of specific caregivers, and caregiver assignments are subject to change based on availability, scheduling, and operational requirements.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site.

A scheduled consultation does not constitute a binding service agreement. IBK Home Care reserves the right to reschedule or cancel consultations with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IBK HOME CARE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
